This privacy policy describes how DBK Solutions processes personal data when you visit dbksol.com or write through the contact form.

The contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, your name, email address and message are processed. They are sent to DBK Solutions as an email.

The data is used only to respond to your inquiry. The processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, which you give by ticking the box in the form.

Using the form is voluntary. Without a name, an email address and your consent, the inquiry cannot be answered.

The data is kept for up to 12 months after your inquiry and then deleted.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical details of the request, such as which page is requested and which browser you use, in order to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is DBK Solutions' legitimate interest in running a secure, working website under Article 6(1)(f).

DBK Solutions uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and other files are served from the website's own server, not by third parties.

Who has access to the data?

The data is not sold or passed on to anyone else. DBK Solutions uses two data processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc., USA — hosting of the website and the contact form.
• Heinlein Hosting GmbH (mailbox.org), Germany — email, including receiving and storing inquiries.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company. Transfers to Cloudflare rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Decision (EU) 2023/1795), under which Cloudflare is certified.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data DBK Solutions holds about you and to have it corrected or erased. You also have the right to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. No automated decisions are made and no profiling takes place.
